Förder-Check Österreich

Förder-Check brings the funding data of the Solaris configurator into Claude. You ask in your own words whether your project can be funded, and Claude gets back the one open digitalisation grant that fits your federal state and project: with funding rate, maximum amount, conditions and source. If no programme is open for your state right now, it says so plainly.

How to add it

  1. In Claude, open Customize › Connectors.
  2. Select Add custom connector and enter this address:

  3. No sign-in is needed. Click Add and Förder-Check is connected.
  4. In a chat, turn it on from the plus button under Connectors and ask your question.

This works on every Claude plan, including the free one. On Team and Enterprise plans, an Owner adds it for the whole organisation (Organization settings › Connectors).

In Claude Code

One line in the terminal is enough:

What you can ask

  • “Is process automation funded in Upper Austria?”
  • “We are based in Vienna and only want a new website. Is there funding for that?”
  • “Which grant can a business in Carinthia get for its own software, and how much would that be with our budget?”

Claude picks out the federal state, the type of project and, if you mention it, the project budget. If the state is missing, Claude asks. The tool answers in German, and Claude explains the result in your language.

What comes back

  • the one programme that may apply, with its funding body
  • funding rate, maximum amount and minimum project size; with a budget, a worked example of the grant
  • deadline, the main conditions and the funding body’s source
  • the date on which the funding data was last checked

Programmes are never added up, and closed ones are never shown. Grants for training or external consulting appear only as a note next to the result. Every answer ends with the note “Automatisierte Auskunft nach den veröffentlichten Bedingungen, keine Förderzusage und keine Prüfung im Einzelfall”: automated information based on the published conditions, not a funding commitment and not a review of the individual case. Whether and how much is granted is decided by the funding body.

Information, not advice

Förder-Check calculates with fixed rules from data that is maintained by hand from the funding bodies’ published conditions. It replaces neither the funding body nor grant advice, and it commits to nothing: whether an application succeeds is up to the funding body.

Privacy

Förder-Check receives only the three details from your question: federal state, type of project and, if given, the project budget. Names, contact details or your chat history never reach it. There is no sign-in and there are no cookies, and nothing is stored. The IP address of a request is counted briefly to protect against abuse; for requests from Claude, that is an Anthropic address, not yours.
