Custom software instead of an off-the-shelf tool: when does it pay off?
When you have bent your process around a tool three times already because it cannot do it. Your own SaaS platform sits at around 1,000–1,000 € in the Business tier — more than a subscription in the first year, less than three years of subscription plus the time all that bending costs. It is built on a common stack so any developer can take over; the code and all access belong to you after handover.
What we build
Complete platforms cut to your process: architecture, database, login and roles, web interface, interfaces to what you already use, and the launch on your infrastructure. That ranges from internal administration with five users to a product you sell yourself.
When it does NOT pay off
If an existing tool covers 80 percent and the remaining 20 percent do not hurt, it is cheaper — and we will tell you. Custom software pays off where the process is your difference from competitors, where licence costs run away with the number of users, or where the data must not leave the building.
How it runs
First the process is written down as it actually runs today — not as the manual describes it. From that comes a data model, then a first usable version with the core, then expansion in stages. You work with real data early instead of getting a surprise at the end.

Ranges for the Business tier, calculated by the price configurator — the same calculation you can run yourself. Every price includes a base fee for setup, project management and handover. The Premium tier sits above this. Each line is one building block — combining several, a shop on top of a business website for instance, lands higher; the configurator works out the combination. All amounts shown are final: exempt from VAT under § 6 (1) 27 of the Austrian VAT Act (small business scheme).

What happens if I want to continue with someone else later?
Then you can. The code sits in your repository, the services run on your accounts, the stack is common (Astro, React, Supabase) and documented. There is no builder subscription and no agency lock-in — that is exactly why we build this way.
Who operates the platform afterwards?
You do — on your own accounts, so invoices and access stay with you. Operation, monitoring and bug fixing can be added as a care package from 199 € a month, from 849 € with ongoing development. Optional and cancellable monthly.
