AI chatbot and automation: what can it take over, and what does it cost?

What we build
Custom RAG chatbots that answer from your own documents rather than from the internet — for website visitors or internally. Alongside them, single automations (pre-sorting email, producing quotes, taking appointments, scoring and following up on enquiries) or whole bundles of linked processes. A bundle quickly saves dozens of hours a month.
Where the line runs
What runs automatically, what only arrives as a draft and what you approve is decided per process — by us together, not by the AI. Anything that goes outside or costs money is set to require approval by default. And every assistant we build states visibly that it is an AI and never claims to be human, even when asked; the EU AI Act has required this since August 2026.

Ranges for the Business tier, calculated by the price configurator — the same calculation you can run yourself. Every price includes a base fee for setup, project management and handover. All amounts shown are final: exempt from VAT under § 6 (1) 27 of the Austrian VAT Act (small business scheme).

How does the chatbot know what my business does?
From your documents. We build a knowledge base out of what you have — website, price list, manual, FAQ, internal notes — and the bot answers from it. If something is not in there, it says so instead of inventing it. New content can be added later without rebuilding it.
Is AI automation eligible for funding?
Often yes — unlike a plain website. Carinthia funds only projects with a genuine AI component, Vienna and Upper Austria fund the digitisation of processes. Everywhere the same rule applies: the application must be filed before the project starts. What is open is in the funding guide.
Where does the data the bot works with sit?
In the EU. Application and database run in Ireland; there is no transfer to the US for operations. Which language model answers, and what is transmitted in the process, is recorded in writing per project — details in the privacy policy.
