Having a website built: what does it cost, and how does it work?
A custom one-pager sits at around 2,500–4,000 €, a business website with several pages at around 4,500–6,500 €, an online shop at around 4,000–5,500 € — Business tier, built individually rather than assembled from a kit. The process is always the same: conversation, draft, build stages with your feedback, handover. The code and all access belong to you afterwards.
What we build
From a fast one-pager to a full platform: business websites with several pages, online shops, booking systems, price configurators, member areas with logins and multilingual sites. All server-rendered, mobile first, and never an off-the-shelf theme. This website is the example itself: same stack, same way of building.
Who it pays off for
For anyone whose website should take work off their hands rather than merely exist — collecting enquiries, taking appointments, showing prices, managing members. If a page is only meant to be a digital brochure, a website builder is cheaper, and we will tell you so. It gets interesting where a feature saves you time every week.
How it runs
It starts with a conversation about your working day, not about technology. Then structure and draft, then building in stages: you see each stage and say briefly whether it fits. We prepare text, images and structure — you correct rather than stare at a blank page. The binding date is in the quote; work starts with your confirmation.

Ranges for the Business tier, calculated by the price configurator — the same calculation you can run yourself. Every price includes a base fee for setup, project management and handover. The Premium tier sits above this. Each line is one building block — combining several, a shop on top of a business website for instance, lands higher; the configurator works out the combination. All amounts shown are final: exempt from VAT under § 6 (1) 27 of the Austrian VAT Act (small business scheme).

Can I maintain the site myself later?
Yes. You get the access and the documentation for it, and everything keeps running on your own accounts. If you would rather hand maintenance over, a care package starts at 199 € per month — optional and cancellable monthly, never a precondition. More in the FAQ.
Is a website eligible for Austrian funding?
As a standalone measure, usually not — a plain website or web shop is explicitly excluded from the Austrian programmes. What is funded is the digitisation of a process: booking, configurator, member area, automation. What is open for your location is in the funding guide.
How quickly is the site live?
A one-pager takes a few weeks, a business website one to two months, larger platforms depending on scope. The binding date is in the quote — it depends above all on how fast feedback and content arrive.
